About orders

My order was cancelled, when will I receive my refund?

Refund will be processed to the original form of payment in the next billing cycle.

Why was my order cancelled?

Please note the order number + phone number + shipping adds in your transfer. Payments lacking the above information would be refunded in the next billing cycle. Red invoices could be issued upon requests.

Where to buy RB products?

  • From our website: From 01/01/2017 we will not be receiving any orders from facebook. All orders will be placed online through our websites organicare.vn or regenbeauty.vn.  
  • Retailers: limited quantities are available for first time customers at Tochie 42bis Ly Tu Trong, Dist. 1, Ho Chi Minh city. Phone: (+84)98615 4575. Business hours: 10AM-4PM (Mon-Fri).  

How to place an order

  • Due to the short shelf-life nature of our preservative-free organic products, they are handcrafted by orders. 
  • All orders will be finalized by 12:00 PM (GMT+7) on the 30th/31st and the 15th of the respective months and will be shipped out on the 1st and 16th (with the exceptions of Christmas, New Year, Tet, and Reunification Holidays).  
  • Depending on your chosen method of payments, products will either be shipped out by express shipping or cash on delivery. We will send you an email confirmation of your order and when your products are shipped out.  

 

About shipping and delivery

I have received my order but the product seals were broken. What should I do?

RegenBeauty is using courier AAAA for all shipments within HCMC and courier BBBB for all shipments to other cities/provinces. In case your products were broken or opened during transit, please kindly send us a picture of the broken goods to our hotline:   091XXXXX or  chamsockhachhang@rengenbeauty.sg

 

Shippers tried to contact me but I could not arrange any available time. What should I do?

  • If your shipping address is a company/organization, please note the available shipping time frame.
  • If your shipping address is in a apartment building complex, please note the apartment name & number, and building number.
  • If your orders could not be delivered after multiple failed attempts to contact the recipients, we are reserved the rights to cancel and refund your order. If the same situation repeats itself multiple times, we are reserved the rights to refuse our services to those customers.  

My order was shipped a while ago but why haven't I received it yet?

At the moment, RegenBeauty is using courier AAAA for all shipments within Ho Chi Minh city and courier BBBBB for other cities/provinces. The shippers will be in touch directly within 1-2 business days for HCMC area and 2-5 business days for other cities/provinces. 

My order has been confirmed, when will I receive my products?

Depending on your chosen method of payments, products will either be shipped out by express shipping or cash on delivery. We will send you an email confirmation of your order and when your products are shipped out.

About RegenBeauty Recycling Program

To protect our planet, RegenBeauty offers our own recycling program in which you can exchange 10 boxes of any used products for a new one (of smaller or equal value to the highest priced products). What should I do if my skin is irritated/inflamed after using RegenBeauty products?

All RegenBeauty products are very mild to all skin types with very low irritating index. However, if irritation/inflammation occurs in some extreme circumstances. Please stop using the products immediately and listen to your dermatologist's advices. Please also take a picture of your skin's conditions and get in touch with us at our hotline 091XXXXX or chamsockhachhang@rengenbeauty.sg.We will get back to you right away. 

Do RegenBeauty products come in travel or trial size?

Do RegenBeauty products contain any preservatives? What is the product's shelf life so short?

All RegenBeauty products contain organic certified or natural preservatives which tend to degrade at high temperature. Please store our products in room temperature (in your refrigerator if possible) and away from direct sunlight. Our products are free of parabens, phthalates, mineral oils, artificial fragrances, and any toxic substances prohibited by the FDA. 

Can RegenBeauty products change my skin's conditions overnight?

  • The short answer is No. Our products work to complement your healthy diet and lifestyle which determine 70% of your body/facial skin conditions. 
  • The secret recipe for a glowing skin is indeed very simple. Stop using all cosmetics/skincare with unknown ingredients. Drink an adequate amount of water daily, eat plenty of vegetable and fruits. Avoid direct sun exposure from 11am-3pm everyday, always use sunblock if you have to go out during the day.
